Featured Image Thumbnail support?

Hi, Many thanks for supporting this awesome plugin.

Question: My featured images are full size, but I would like to list them as the "size-thumbnail" version that wp makes.

I can't figure out a way to make the [post_thumb] shortcode come up with the thumbnail image. It only shows the full image.

I tried making the custom function but its beyond me.

Yea, you can make it smaller by using the style function that's built into html. The thumbnail basically takes the featured image unmodified.
